Please read the following policies carefully before making a purchase.

🎨 For Physical Art Products (Prints, Originals, Custom Pieces)

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., commissions) are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 5 days of receipt with a photo of the issue.

  • I will replace the item or issue a full refund depending on the situation.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase for non-custom items.

  • Custom work cannot be canceled once work has begun.

🔮 For Tarot Readings & Digital Services

Due to the nature of spiritual and digital services, all tarot readings are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Readings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (for in-stock items).

  • Custom artwork may take 6-12 weeks, depending on complexity.

  • You will receive tracking information once your item has shipped.
